Made-to-Order Items:

- Custom pieces and items crafted specifically for your order
- We’ll email you with updates on your order’s progress
Custom/Personalized Orders
- Processing: 10-15 business days
- Completely custom designs requiring additional consultation
- Timeline may vary based on complexity - we’ll provide specific estimates
Processing time begins after payment is received and does not include shipping transit time.

Your relics are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival:

- Jewelry pouches or boxes for protection
- Bubble wrap and secure padding for fragile items
- All packages include tracking information

- Track your package through USPS or your chosen carrier

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy seasons (holidays, special events):
- Processing times may extend by 2-3 additional business days
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
- Express shipping cutoff dates will be posted on our website
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
- Contact us immediately if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order
- We’ll initiate a carrier investigation and work to resolve quickly
- Replacement or refund provided once investigation is complete
Damaged in Transit
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of packaging and damaged item
- We’ll arrange immediate replacement at no cost to you
Address Changes
- Before shipping: Contact us immediately to update your address
- After shipping: Contact the carrier directly to arrange delivery changes
- We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)
- Certain international locations restricted by USPS
Rush Orders
Need your relic faster? Contact us before ordering:
- Rush processing available for additional $15 fee
- Overnight shipping available for additional cost
- Subject to availability and current studio schedule
